Ingredients
- Vietnamese cold cuts
- Very crusty baguettes
- Pâté (pork or chicken)
- Mayo
- Pickled carrot
- Cucumber, cilantro, green onion, chili
- Soy sauce or Maggi seasoning
Instructions
- Slice cucumber, cilantro, green onion, and chili.
- Warm the baguette until lightly crispy.
- Spread pâté and mayo inside the roll.
- Add cold cuts, cucumber, pickled carrot, and herbs.
- Add chili and a drizzle of soy sauce.
- Press gently, slice, and serve.
