Bánh Mì Recipe

Ingredients

  • Vietnamese cold cuts
  • Very crusty baguettes
  • Pâté (pork or chicken)
  • Mayo
  • Pickled carrot
  • Cucumber, cilantro, green onion, chili
  • Soy sauce or Maggi seasoning

Instructions

  1. Slice cucumber, cilantro, green onion, and chili.
  2. Warm the baguette until lightly crispy.
  3. Spread pâté and mayo inside the roll.
  4. Add cold cuts, cucumber, pickled carrot, and herbs.
  5. Add chili and a drizzle of soy sauce.
  6. Press gently, slice, and serve.
